The System Sensor Select series is a series of addressable detectors.

History

The Select series was introduced in July 2018 without any announcement from System Sensor, but it was announced by other brands such as Silent Knight.[1][2] The series initially consisted of the 2351B, 2351TB, 2351BR, 5351B, 5351BR, and 5351H as replacements for the respective 200 series detectors.

In May 2019, the 2351TIR and FC351 were released as replacements for the Acclimate and COPTIR detectors respectively.[3]

The Select series was released in Canada in December 2019.[4]

Monaco

Monaco Enterprises currently rebrands the Select series devices as "Type II" detectors, which support both CLIP and the advanced protocol (AP).[32] These devices replaced the older "Type I" devices rebranded from the System Sensor 200 series.
