The Faraday 8400 series is a series of device rebranded from System Sensor.
History
As with System Sensor, Faraday replaced the head-wired 100 series smoke detectors with i3 series detectors in 2003.[1][2]
In 2004, the 8400 series was discontinued and replaced with detectors rebranded from Siemens.[3][4] The newly formed Tecumseh Technologies continued providing replacements for the addressable devices while servicing older MPC panels.
