The Faraday 8800 series is a series of devices rebranded from Siemens.
History
At the end of 2001, Faraday introduced the addressable devices for use with the MPC-Plus panels.[1]
In 2004, Faraday discontinued the addressable 8800 models and replaced them with equivalent 8700 models for use with the MPC-6000 and MPC-7000.[2][3] The newly formed Tecumseh Technologies continued providing addressable 8800 models for existing systems.[4]
