The Wheelock SLM series is a series of 15/75 candela sync strobes. Remote strobes and strobe plates were available, and certain notification appliances produced with LSM strobes were also produced with SLM strobes.

History

The SLM series was released around 1994 together with the SL, SHW, and SCM. Unlike the LSM, the SLM did not support 12 volt operation.

In 1995, the SR and SRP were released, rendering the SLM remote strobes and strobe plates obsolete. Combination strobes such as the MT-24-SLM-VFR remained in production until the early 2000s.
