Bosch G-Series
Not to be confused with the Bosch/Radionics 7000/9000 series.
The Bosch G-Series is a series of control panels from Bosch that is capable of doing Intrusion, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Mass Notification. They are the larger version of the the B-Series. These panels are UL listed for Residential Fire, Residential Burg, Commercial Fire, Commercial Burg, Access Control, and more recently, mass notification. The Bosch G-Series is compatible with all the same burglary keypads as the Bosch B-Series.
Features
The Bosch G-Series includes all the same features as the B-Series along with (but not limited to) the following
- SDI, POPEX, and ZONEX support for replacing 7000/9000 series panels
- Access/Door Control
Programming
A Bosch D5370-USB Security Dongle is required to program G-Series panel through Bosch Remote Programming Software (RPS). these dongles can be found online for about $300. The G-Series has very limited keypad programming. The panel can be programmed locally using the onboard-USB port, or the onboard ethernet port, or remotely over Bosch Cloud Services, IP, Cellular, or a modem over the PSTN.
Models
-E (No onboard ethernet port) prefix applies to all models. If an onboard ethernet port does not apply to your application, then these models are slightly cheaper then the normal models.

As of February 2024, the only released G-Series panels are the B8512G, and the B9512G. Although references to a Bosch B8612G and B9612G are made in the datasheet for the Bosch B926M mass notification keypad[1]. There are no other known references to these panels on the internet.
