The Wheelock EH series is a series of speakers and speaker strobes. The speakers in this series have a 300-8000 Hz listed frequency response, wider than the typical 400-4000 Hz listing.

History

The EH series was released in 2012 to meet the 520 Hz listing requirements that would take effect in 2014.[3] The speakers had similar appearances to the E series.

At the end of 2015, the E50H-241575W and E70H-241575W were discontinued, and customers were instructed to instead use the E50H-24MCW and E70H-24MCW respectively.[4]

In 2021, the EH series was discontinued due to the equivalent functionality provided by the Eluxa series.[2]

Features

The EH series speakers have a listed frequency range of 300-8000 Hz. Power taps are present for 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, and 2 watts, outputting between 71 and 85 dBA.[3][5]

Depending on the model, the strobe can output 15, 15/75, 30, 75, 95, 110, 115, 177, or 185 candela.
