Simplex QuickAlert series

The Simplex QuickAlert series is a series of devices produced in May 1999-October 2000. In November 2000 (Around the 44th week) the QuickAlert name got dropped and changed to TrueAlert. Alongside this, Simplex also changed the strobe reflectors and it would have the prongs on either side. All Simplex QuickAlerts were Non-Addressable. The first generation models from 1999 had a different grille and font. In 2000, they changed the grille and then later in the year 2000 Simplex changed the font on their cover plates. The QuickAlerts still went under the same fixed candela Non-Addressable models which have been discontinued and replaced with multi candela versions.
